2. Only fully completed registration forms will be processed.

3. When a studio becomes available, candidates will be informed and invited to a viewing, in order of registration.

4. At the landlord’s request, a number of documents will be required from candidates and guarantors, based on which a candidate will be selected.

5. The selected prospective tenant will receive a rental offer for signing.

6. Once the signed rental offer has been returned, the tenancy agreement and accompanying documents will be prepared and sent.

7. Once all signed documents have been returned and the first month’s rent and security deposit have been paid, the key handover can be scheduled.
