Our single-occupancy studios are suitable for students.

First, you must register via our website. If a studio becomes available and you are eligible for a studio, you will receive further information.

By registering via our website. If a studio becomes available and you are eligible, you will be contacted to schedule a viewing.
Rent

1. What is the rental price?
The displayed rates are starting prices and no rights can be derived from them. The rental price is recalculated for each rental period. You will receive the final price quotation once you are eligible for a studio.

2. When should I pay rent?
The rent must be paid on or prior to the first day of the new month.

3. How should I pay rent?
You can pay via bank transfer or direct debit.

4. Do I need to pay a deposit for the studio?
The security deposit amounts to “twice the base rent” and must be paid by bank transfer.

5. Is there a minimum and/or maximum tenancy period?
The tenancy agreement is signed for a minimum period of one year up to a maximum period of 2 years. Extension is possible.

6. Is it possible to receive rent rebate?
Rent allowance is possible. For this we refer you to the website of the tax authorities.
Rules

1. Is smoking allowed in the studio?
To ensure the safety of all tenants, there is a general smoking ban in the entire building, including the studios. It is also prohibited to smoke electronic cigarettes indoors. In addition, the use of hard or soft drugs is strictly forbidden throughout the building and the landlord takes a zero-tolerance approach to this matter.

2. Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.

3. Can I sublet my studio?
No, it is not permitted to sublet the studio.

4. Can two people live together in the same studio?
No, each studio is for one person. It is not permitted for two people to live together in the studio permanently.

1. Is it possible to park my car on the premises?
No, it is not possible to park on the premises. There are, however, various parking options nearby. 2. Are kitchen utensils provided?
Kitchen utensils are not provided as standard, allowing you to furnish the kitchen entirely according to your own preferences. If any items are already present, you may take them over.

3. Are bed linen and towels provided?
For hygiene reasons, we do not provide these items. This also applies to a mattress and duvet for the box spring (90 × 200 cm).

4. Are the municipal taxes and levies included in the service charges?
The assessment for the Municipal and Water Board Tax Collaboration Scheme (Belastingsamenwerking Gemeenten en Waterschappen, BsGW) is not included in the all-in rent and must be paid directly by the tenant to the relevant body.

5. What insurance should I take out as a tenant?
Home contents insurance to cover the value of your personal possessions. Third-party (liability) insurance.

6. Is there a TV connection in the studio?
The studios do not have a TV connection. Watching TV is possible via the internet. A large TV screen is available in the communal area.
